Consultancy
The consultancy service allows you to make use of extensive experience in the creation of ice cream cones. IMAR, in fact, is able to assist and support its customers in the study and identification of new wafer products, analyzing the production structure for an optimization of costs and results produced by its machines.
Installation
IMAR deals both with direct sales and the installation and staff training for its machines with personnel dedicated to each individual project, offering the possibility of on-site inspections for a better planning of the installation.
Technical and formative support
The IMAR service centre offers efficient technical maintenance and repair services with on-site and remote assistance thanks to a deep knowledge of the product, as well as supplying spare parts and accessories for IMAR machines.
Design
Research and Customisation
IMAR collects with care details and desires from each customer to develop unique designs for cones and wafer products. We research customized moulds for wafer-based products together with the customer, designing and manufacturing any type of moulded cone, classic cones, cups, glasses, goblets, baskets and fantasy shapes.
Batter development and testing
IMAR can provide specific advice for the development of the batter, testing the product for any possible adjustments and supporting the customer in the refinement of the recipe.
Drawings and 3D models
To help the customer visualize the final product, IMAR creates technical drawings based on the customer’s blueprints and ideas, or by elaborating preliminary sketches that will then be transformed into realistic 3D models.

IMAR’s technical and engineering department is a point of reference for the development of company innovation. In addition to having its own Research Centre, IMAR develops targeted industrial research projects by actively participating in sector calls for proposals, benefitting from European subsidies and national Por-Fers contributions issued by the Chamber of Commerce.
